Because of the nature of the delivery of digital products, they are not eligible for a refund. The only exception to this rule would be if the promotion of the digital product offered a specific money-back guarantee period. You must request your refund within the specified guarantee period to be eligible. If you are requesting a refund outside of a money-back guarantee period, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. No refunds will be provided for any subscription memberships. If you would like to cancel a subscription to your membership, see the previous section for details. If you opted to pay for a digital product via a payment plan, you may not cancel this agreement. No refunds will be provided for products purchased on a payment plan. We do not provide credits, refunds, or prorated billing for any cancellations made during any payment plans.
If you are enrolled in a membership product, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent month (or year) in order to avoid being charged for the next subscription fee. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to your membership until the end of your previous pay period. This policy is specific to membership products only and does not include payment plans for digital courses.
